Commercial kitchen cleaning requires a hands-on approach. For cleaning hard surfaces, you need to set aside any storage items, remove any lose debris or grime and throw everything into a bin. You also need to hold the bottle about 10 inches away form the surface to avoid any over-doing or splashing that may result in damages. You should go behind the stove, move the fridge around, and clean around all equipment that you see. Put all your dirty rags in the laundry or preferably throw them out If they’re older.

Wash all open containers, and anything that’s been left out for too long. Next, focus on cleaning all counter-tops and busy areas one last time before you set them out for use. You need to ensure that everything passes a close-eye examination.
